When a buyer places an order for used shoes, there is no magic. It is just a step‑by‑step process done by people who have been doing this work for years.
Here is what actually happens at Most Industry Limited.
Step 1 – Raw material arrives
We buy used shoes, clothing, bags and toys from different sources. Not everything that comes in is usable. Some items are too worn. Some are damaged. Our first job is to separate what can be exported from what cannot.
Step 2 – Hand sorting
We do not use machines. We have 37 workers who sort everything by hand. They check each shoe: brand, model, sole condition, upper material, stains, odors. Based on this, they assign a grade – A or B.
No one claims every shoe is perfect. Grade A means very light wear. Grade B means visible use but still sellable. We are honest about the condition.
Step 3 – Packing
After sorting, shoes go into sacks or bales. Packing weight is usually 20‑25kg per sack for shoes. We can pack according to the buyer’s request – for example, mixing certain brands or keeping them separate. We can also add custom logo stickers on bales if needed.
Step 4 – Loading
Once packing is done, we load the container. For used shoes, a 40ft container holds about 25,000kg. Our team can usually finish loading within one week after the order is confirmed and the goods are ready.
What affects speed?
If the buyer wants a very specific mix of brands or grades, it may take longer to collect enough material. If the requirement is more general, we can move faster. We always give a realistic timeline before taking an order.
Can you visit?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit our factory. You can see the sorting lines, the workers, and the packed bales. We do not hide anything. A video call walkthrough is also possible.

We have been doing this since 2007. We know our limits. We do not claim to have the cheapest price or the highest quality in the world. What we offer is consistent sorting, clear communication, and on‑time loading for buyers who need bulk used shoes, clothing, bags or toys.
